PVD involves superheating titanium nitrate to a plasma state and shooting it at the ring’s surface inside a vacuum chamber. Sounds cool, right? This method forms a thin ceramic layer that’s bound to the surface at the molecular level. Ultra durable, it won’t flake, is scratch resistant, and much better for the environment than other forms of coating or plating.
