These beard products are great, they make your beard smell good, feel fresh, and feel soft. Very good product!!

This was a pleasant surprise

The shampoo smells and cleans well, it makes enough foam even with a little shampoo. The balm doesn't smell good, but it's decent, and I personally use it less often, because I also have beard oil that helps with flakyness.
