PVD coating involves superheating titanium nitride inside a vacuum chamber and bonding it with the metal’s surface at the molecular level. The resulting coating is scratch and tarnish resistant, won’t flake or fade, and the whole process is a lot more environmentally friendly than other surface treatments.
