Great quality bracelet but some issues with size

Great quality but they don't fit. Was told that they were 3cm longer than the tight fit but I measured and think they'reare 2cm from the tight fit. They do up but they're tight and could do with that extra cm. Can't return as they were personalised. Emailed customer services to let them know and haven't had any response. Very responsive when I wanted to order but no response on my issue. A bit disappointed on the service as I ordered 2, both personalised. Feel like I have wasted my money.

Easy to put on/off. Nice feel to wear not irritable.
