The overall product is fairly decent and yes cool to wear. I bought the black one and the white one. I tried the black one first and it broke while trying to remove the backing. With no instructions, I could only assume it works like any other post earring where you pull the back off insert into the ear and put the backing back on. Actually, with this earring, you have to unscrew the skull from the back. Otherwise what appears to be a slight resistance ends up being a broken post.
