The bag looks really nice and feels like it will easily handle everyday wear and tear. However, it's a little smaller than I expected and doesn't fit everything I need for uni. The strap is also very thin, meaning when the bag is full it cuts into my shoulder. Adding a padded section to the strap would solve this problem. The straps on the front are also not adjustable at all.
I am happy with my bag, but not happy that I had to pay $47.27 in customs fees. You should find a way to include that in the price. Additionally, I saw a 20% discount that I wasn't eligible for.
