Good quality leather, soft but thick enough so it will last. I wanted a wallet that I could slot my passport into while at the airport, or a small notepad. I fit a tiny pen in it for notes at work. I was concerned bank notes wouldn't fit as it's made in another country, but I can confirm Australian notes fit and so do Indonesian IDR notes.
